Norma Delp, M.A., M.S. in Organization Development <send e-mail>
Norma Delp has significant experience in Organization Development, Training, and Human Resource Management. Norma specializes in performance management, culture change, conflict resolution, leadership development and general human resource and organization effectiveness projects. Co-founder and co-owner of Signal Tree Resolutions, Norma designs and delivers consulting services to corporate entities, community, and non-profit. She is currently servicing Parma Community General Hospital, South Suburban Montessori School, Republic Technologies, United Security Management Services, Inc. and Nanofilm.

Ms. Delp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace College in Psychology and Business (1983), a Master of Arts degree from The University of Akron in Organization Psychology (1997), and a Master of Science Degree from Case Western Reserve University in Organization Development (1987). She has also earned a certificate in Life Span Development & Gerontology. Norma is a member of ASTD and former board vice president, a co-founder of the OD Connection (Cleveland Chapter of the OD Network), and a member of Toastmasters International. She has served on the board of Cleveland Neighborhood Counseling Service and The Society for Human Resource Management. She currently volunteers in leadership and organization development for Southstreet Ministries, a grass roots neighborhood ministry in Akron, Ohio.

Bernard S. Winick, J.D.

Bernie has been a practicing attorney for thirty-five years. An Associate Professor Emeritus of Business Law at the University of Akron, he is also an accountant, specializing in tax. A firm convert to the process of mediation, Bernie provides the majority of Family and Divorce Mediation for Signal Tree and The Akron Mediation Center. He is particularly dedicated to "helping families resolve difficult issues without unnecessary pain or expense."

Bernie is also an active member of the following professional groups: Akron Bar Association, Family Law Section and the Academy of Family Mediators.

Kelly Loebick-Frascella
Kelly Loebick-Frascella gained much of her experience as Human Resources Director for Main Street Gourmet, a privately owned frozen food manufacturing company that employs 90 people. Kelly is responsible for the recruiting, training, employee development, safety, employment laws, benefits, incentive systems, employee relations, policies and procedures. Kelly has eight years of leadership experience in the manufacturing. Kelly works directly with the CEO of Main Street Gourmet and is involved with production design, implementation and management.

Kelly’s experience at improving systems began when she founded Main Street Gourmet’s HR Department. Kelly researched, developed and executed the majority of policies, procedures, incentives and training for Main Street Gourmet.

While employed at Main Street Gourmet, Kelly began HR consulting in 2003 for a company that produces shoe orthotics. She aspires to assist other small companies that are committed to strengthening their HR departments.

Kelly has earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Akron. She has also studied business management. Kelly constantly continues her education by attending courses in HR law and policies, negotiation skills, Increasing Human Effectiveness, mediation and OSHA certification.
 


Sue Thomas, B.A., M.S. Organizational Development

Sue E. Thomas is the founder and owner of M-A-P, LLC an organizational development and leadership development consulting company. Her educational and professional experiences focus on the psychology, sociology and development of organizations and it’s people. Sue has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing environments, and over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Her skills have allowed her to be highly successful in a vast array of client projects, including continuous improvement initiatives, organizational restructuring, leadership development training, executive coaching, integrating employee empowerment, performance management systems, communication improvements, and team development.

 

Sue combined her business experience and understanding of human interactions with her passion for horses and helping organizations grow into an unconventional approach to leadership and team development. L-E-A-D (Leadership: Equine Assisted Development) utilizes horses in a unique approach to leadership development that focuses on personal growth and awareness. She has developed a series of workshops that are offered publicly and are customizable to meet the needs of organizations, departments, boards, or any group with the desire to work more effectively together. Sue has a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational Development and Analysis from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Human Services from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is certified in the Emotional Intelligence Competence Inventory, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, is a Certified Facilitator through Edge Learning Institute in Increasing Human Effectiveness, and is Level 1 Certified through EAGALA. (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association).
